Excludes international orders and returns originating from HI, AK and PR

An $8 per package shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Visit clicktoshopreturns.com and fill out the address and order number fields. Securely repack and seal the package, affix the printed shipping label, copy the tracking number down for your records, and return it using either of the following methods:
a. Take the package to any UPS including: The UPS Store, UPS Customer Center, Office Depot, Staples, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. You can also leave the package with any UPS driver.
b. Return the package through the United States Post Office. You can drop it in your mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or drop it off at the Post Office.

You may also return the package on your own. You must pre-pay postage at the point of return. Please send your merchandise back, via insured mail, to the following address:

Oversized Package Exception

Returns of large items including Christmas trees, furniture, and oversized nutcrackers incur additional return shipping charges. The following chart outlines the return shipping charges per carton that will be deducted from your refund.

Do you accept international returns?

Products can be returned within 90 days of the delivery date per the above policy. However, international buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any customs, duties or brokerage charges billed to ClickToShop LLC. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include international shipping charges.

I received an incorrect item.

If you have received an incorrect item, please call our Customer Service Department by clicking the “Need Help?” tab on the right-hand side of the screen. Have your invoice readily available as our representatives will need to verify information listed on it. We will help to replace the item and arrange to have you return the incorrect item free of charge.

My order is missing item(s).

If your order is missing an item or you received the incorrect quantity, please immediately call our Customer Service Department by clicking the “Need Help?” tab on the right-hand side of the screen. Have your invoice readily available as our representatives will need to verify information listed on it.

Once your claim is filed, our representatives will research the claim by verifying the package weight received by UPS, as well as confirm items pulled and packed for your order. If indeed we failed to ship an item, we will promptly send it at no additional charge.
In the event that we did in fact pick, pack, and ship all items ordered, it is likely that your package was tampered with while in transit. In this case we will handle your claim on a case by case basis to help resolve any issues. It is our policy to file a claim with UPS for packages that may have been tampered with during transit.

I received someone else’s order.

If you believe you were shipped someone else’s order based on the contents of the shipment, please immediately call our Customer Service Department by clicking the “Need Help?” tab on the right-hand side of the screen. It is important for us to be able to identify such an error, so we can contact the other customer who may have gotten your order. We will ship out your correct order immediately and arrange to have you return the incorrect shipment free of charge.

Domestic Shipping Options

Small Parcel
The following shipping options are available for most of the products on this site:

  • USPS Priority: 1-10 business days
  • UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: End of day next business day
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day

Residential Truck Delivery (LTL)
Some products are too large and/or heavy to ship via UPS or USPS. Residential Truck Delivery is different than Small Parcel shipping.

  • The items are first sent to an agent in your area as part of a larger truck load. Once your items arrive at the agent’s location, he/she will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows of 2-4 hours between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • The carrier will arrive with the items and the customer will be required to remove the items from the rear of the truck. However, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help move products from the truck to the driveway, curb outside of the delivery address or into a garage. You will need to transport the items inside. Truck delivery agents are not authorized to put the items in the room of your choice, nor are they able to help with assembly.
  • At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the truck delivery agent or ClickToShop LLC to inquire about additional shipping services. In this event, you will need to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.

International Shipping Options

International buyers assume all responsibility for any duties, customs, tariffs, brokerage or other fees associated with international shipments. Please check with your local government to determine these fees associated with importing goods. Keep in mind that time spent in customs varies greatly by destination country.
Shipping To Canada For shipments to Canada, you have the choice of:

  • UPS Standard to Canada (3-10 Business Days)
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-3 Business Days)

Order times are estimated from the time of shipment. See When will my order arrive? section for information on how long it takes for orders to process. Keep in mind that business days are Monday – Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Holidays.
Canadian Customs Duties
By placing your order, you understand that you will be required to pay all Canadian duties, and taxes (Canadian GST, HST, PST) and brokerage fees associated with importing. You authorize us to appoint a Canadian customs broker on your behalf to obtain customs clearance for your order and understand that these fees will be due at the time of delivery. Below is a table outlining the UPS Brokerage fee associated with the total order value. This does not apply if you ship Postal Service, for which the fee schedule may be different.

Canadian Taxes
Canadian customers are required to pay all applicable GST/HST depending on the Province where the purchase is made. GST/HST is also payable for all Shipping and Handling and/or Return Handling Fees. Any shipments made to Ontario addresses will be assessed the Ontario Resale Sales Tax (“PST”) by customs upon crossing the border.
